The ultra-fast, "no-scrub" solution for cleaning professional griddles and grills mid-service.
EMULPLAC 180°C is a specialised high-temperature degreaser designed to clean cooking surfaces while they are still hot (ideally +150ºC). Engineered for the fast-paced commercial kitchen, this powerful formula dissolves carbonised grease and burnt-on food residues in seconds. Unlike traditional cleaners, it works without producing irritating fumes or dangerous splashes, allowing chefs to maintain a pristine cooking surface between orders without the need for intensive scrubbing or cooling time.
Key Performance Features

2. React: Allow the product to bubble and dissolve the grease (approx. 10–30 seconds).
3. Scrape: Use a griddle scraper or spatula to move the liquified residue into the grease trough.
4. Rinse: Quickly wipe with a damp cloth or rinse with water to neutralise the surface. The grill is now ready for immediate use.
