1. Despatch and Lead Times

  • Standard Despatch: We aim to despatch all orders for in-stock cleaning supplies within two working days of order confirmation.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has left our UK warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your delivery.

  • Bespoke Commercial Orders: Lead times for large-scale equipment or bespoke commercial contracts will be agreed upon at the time of the quote.

2. Delivery Rates and Options

  • UK Mainland Delivery: We offer competitive shipping rates across the UK mainland.

  • Free Delivery: Orders exceeding a total value of £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Carriage Charges: For orders below the free delivery threshold, carriage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of the supplies.

3. Equipment and Heavy Goods

  • Specialised Handling: Due to the size and weight of certain cleaning machinery, specialised delivery arrangements may be required.

  • Offloading: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible for heavy goods vehicles. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure a safe offloading process.

  • Assembly: Where applicable, basic assembly or demonstrations for professional equipment can be arranged as part of our premium delivery service.

4. Eco-Conscious Distribution

  • Sustainable Packaging: In line with our commitment to the environment, we utilise recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible to lower our environmental impact.

  • Consolidated Shipping: To reduce our carbon footprint, we may consolidate multiple items into a single shipment.

5. Damaged or Leaking Shipments

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: As we distribute chemical formulas and liquids, we kindly ask customers to inspect their parcels upon arrival.

  • Reporting Issues: If any cleaning supplies arrive damaged or leaking, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours. We will prioritise a replacement or credit to ensure your cleaning schedule is not interrupted.

6. Delivery Locations

  • Residential and Commercial: We deliver to both domestic households and commercial premises across Scotland and the wider UK.

  • Non-Mainland Areas: Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional carriage charges and extended delivery times.
