Refund policy

At Klinya, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning products and equipment at an affordable price. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations or may be unsuitable for your specific cleaning requirements. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Returns for "Change of Mind"

  • Standard Supplies: Residential customers may return unopened and unused cleaning supplies within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Goods: Due to health and safety regulations, liquid chemicals and eco-conscious formulas can only be returned if the tamper-evident seal is intact and the packaging remains in a saleable condition.

  • Return Carriage: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning the goods to our UK warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Damaged Shipments: If your supplies arrive damaged or if there is a leak in the packaging, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a credit to your account immediately.

  • Eco-Conscious Performance: If an eco-conscious product does not deliver the "powerful cleaning" results promised, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a replacement or a bespoke cleaning solution.

3. Exclusions

  • Bespoke Orders: Products that have been specially ordered or customised for a specific commercial contract are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.

  • Used Consumables: We cannot offer refunds on cleaning cloths, mops, or brushes that have been used, for hygiene reasons.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Method of Payment: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • VAT: For commercial customers, a full VAT credit note will be issued alongside the refund.
