The ultimate high-adhesion formula for effortless removal of burnt-on grease and carbon.
DEGRASS SUPER is an industrial-strength alkaline cleaner specifically developed to tackle the most stubborn, embedded grease in professional kitchens. Unlike standard degreasers, its high-viscosity formula is engineered to cling to surfaces—including vertical extraction vents and oven walls—ensuring maximum contact time. This powerful chemical action dissolves carbonised oils and fats on contact, allowing for easy removal with minimal physical scrubbing.
Key Performance Features
- Superior Vertical Adhesion: The "stay-put" formula clings to hoods and oven interiors, preventing runoff and ensuring deep penetration of thick grease layers.
- Carbonised Fat Removal: Expertly dissolves the hardest burnt-on residues found in fryers, grills, and oven racks.
- Professional Versatility: Ideal for deep-cleaning extractor hoods, metal filters, deep fat fryers, and heavily soiled kitchen utensils.
- Labour-Saving Action: Reduces the need for intensive mechanical scrubbing, protecting equipment surfaces while saving time for kitchen staff.
- Industrial Concentration: High-alkalinity power designed for the rigorous demands of commercial catering and food production environments.

Directions for Use
1. Application: Apply DEGRASS SUPER directly to the oven, hood, or fryer surface.
2. Contact Time: Allow the product to dwell (typically 5–15 minutes) to break down the carbonised layers.
3. Agitation: For exceptionally thick deposits, use a stiff brush or scouring pad to loosen the debris.
4. Rinse: Wipe away the emulsified grease and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
